1. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, personal purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, local, or international law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our servers, or any connected systems.
- Scrape, copy, or republish content from the Site without our prior written consent.
2. Booking, Cancellation & Refunds
- Appointments are booked through our scheduling partner (Mangomint). By booking, you agree to Mangomint's own terms and our cancellation policy below.
- A credit card is required to reserve appointments. Cards are not charged at booking unless a deposit is required for the specific service.
- Cancellation policy: cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a 50% service-fee charge. No-shows may be charged the full service fee.
- Treatment results vary. Service charges cover the time and product used; no refund is offered for completed treatments.
- Memberships auto-renew monthly until cancelled. Cancel any time with 30 days' written notice.
3. Medical Disclaimer
Treatments offered by SIREN Beauty + Wellness are aesthetic in nature and are not a substitute for medical care. Information on this Site is for general educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.
Before any treatment you will complete a consultation, intake form, and informed-consent document specific to that treatment. You agree to disclose any medications, allergies, pregnancy/nursing status, and relevant medical history.
4. Photography & Marketing
Treatment photography (including before/after imagery) is taken for treatment record-keeping. Use of any patient imagery in marketing requires your separate, written consent and may be revoked at any time.
5. Financing
Financing is offered through Cherry, an independent third party. Approval, terms, and credit decisions are made by Cherry; SIREN Beauty + Wellness does not control or guarantee Cherry approvals.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, photography, illustrations (including the “Siren” mermaid mark and wordmark), service names, and design, is the property of SIREN Beauty + Wellness or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law.
7. Third-Party Links
The Site contains links to third-party services, including Mangomint, Cherry, Google Maps, and social-media platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
